Share your memories...
Looking back at old photos today because of tomorrow...her departure date!
Hi  AGAIN...
This was taken with the first digital camera I bought with Bonnie Jo @ Walmart in Oceanside, Ca~~ When I lived with her and Tom while she was going thru her Chemo phase of treatment.  It was a fun time for us to be together and I took care of her while there.  That was March 1999 ~~14 years ago.
Hard to believe it has been that long now... Bonnie Jo seemed so vibrant and full of life at this time of her illness...we just didn't want to think negatively at all.  Tomorrow will be her day of leaving us...
I plan to be at work and stay busy most of the day to keep myself occuppied and busy.  It seems bettet that way...as being always the hardest day to pass..

This was Tom...he was our room mate at the apartment  they rented.  He was such a good natured young man and did so much to keep Bonnie in good spirits.  We didn't keep in touch after loosing her and I regret that.

We had alot of fresh fruit...there were strawberries everywhere for sale there...
Bonnie liked her T-shirts... her and I were almost the same size in almost every dept.

This was her bed with her favorite quilt...she always used twinkle white xmas lites on her beds everywhere she lived...I think of her when I see this effect used in other places..!
This was taken in the last few weeks of her life...she was always resting alot on the couch. That is her sister Teresa Jo in the foreground.

This was after she left us.. Eric and Teresa Jo

This was after her memorial...me, Eric, Teresa Jo, Nancey Joy, & Kristen!
it had been such a hard hard day...

less than 2 weeks before her death..we traveled up to Olympia, Washington to visit family
and Kristen found a Christmas restaurant for us to have breakfast at...it was the last restaurant we ever went to with Bonnie Jo...really nice day for Kristen, Bonnie Jo and me.. it was a long ride home that day and we even stopped at 7 feathers casino to play black jack together...awesome!

This was Bonnie Jo's continual playful attitude as we left!

Sure was nice to be together .....Bonnie Jo was such a trooper! Love and miss her so very much no amount of words, tears or thoughts can ever be enough to express our love for having her in our lives!
Hugs & Prayers,

Thanks Jan...you are so thoughtful...this is what my day was like today!
I worked a 6am-3...just got off...Bonnie Jo just hated Praying Manthis...and today of all days...as i was checking groceries in one of the first orders...one jumped right on my hand and almost gave me a heart attack...We took it outside and gave it a home again...courtesy of the customer...then about 2 minutes later they played her favorite song from a child...and then about 5 minutes later a huge, and i mean huge dragon fly flew into the store and we had fun trying to get it out...She loved dragon fllys...so that is how she touched my heart today of all hard hard days...I had to laugh..it was totally like her to play a funny action,,,,don't know if it is my immagination or what..but cooincidene seems to be too much...it happens from time to time. I use to pass it off as I would get too emotional..but now i just let it happen and laugh...and know it is a real event... I could be all wrong......hugs...& Prayers, BJM

Bette Jo, I believe it was her telling you that she was happy in heaven and for you to not miss her too much. How often do you see a praying mantis and a dragon fly in the same day. Also, what song was it that played. Was it Xanadu? I remember she liked that movie.

Miss you all very much and I feel privileged to have you as my friend and to have been a part of Bonnie Jo's life. Glad you had a good day.
